cité（シテ）は2023年に京都でスタートした小さなロースタリーです。

コーヒーの焙煎とヴィンテージ古着を扱い、
クラフトとカルチャーが交差する空間をつくっています。

当店ではStrongholdの焙煎機を使用し、
精密な温度管理とデータ制御によって、豆の個性を丁寧に引き出しています。

ひとつの場所で、コーヒーと服という
2つの体験をお楽しみいただけたらと思います。

※古着はコンディションやサイズ感が伝わりにくいため、
現在オンラインショップではコーヒー豆のみ販売しております。

Founded in 2023, cité is a micro coffee roastery based in Kyoto.

Our space brings together a coffee roastery and a vintage clothing shop—
a place where craftsmanship and culture meet.

We use a Stronghold roaster, allowing precise control over temperature and data,
bringing out the unique character of each coffee bean.

Here, you can enjoy two experiences under one roof.

Please note: Vintage clothing is available in-store only,
as it can be difficult to convey condition and sizing online.
Our online shop currently offers coffee beans only.
